I am a NJ licensed home inspector with over 20 years of experience in the building trades in New Jersey, New York City, and on Nantucket Island. Before becoming a home inspector, I owned and operated Codfish Park Design, a furniture and cabinetmaking shop that served residential and commercial clients in the tri-state area. I studied woodworking at Yestermorrow Design/Build School in Warren, Vermont, and Historic Preservation at Drew University in Madison, NJ. I am an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and I am also licensed to perform radon testing, wood-destroying insect inspections, and aerial drone inspections.
